Ferrite magnets are pressed from approx. 80% iron oxide and 20% barium oxide or strontium oxide
Ground using diamond wheels
Easily extractable raw material, therefore economic
Operating temperature range: - 40 °C up to + 200 °C
Inert to most environmental substances
Susceptible to impact or bending loads; comparable to ceramic or porcelain
Isotropic ferrite material can be magnetised in several directions
Isotropic ferrite material can be supplied to EN 71
Also available in plastic bonded version
